Nov 28th, Tempe, Arizona UNLV has gotten off to a 4-1 start, that’s a good thing. The competition that they’ve defeated hasn’t been that great, that’s a bad thing. The GTE Holiday Classic kicked off Nov 23rd – 24th at Tarkanian Basketball Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada. The exposure event features competitive play, player interviews, and a Championship presentation ceremony. The Tournament Style event serves as Gametime USA’s second stop on its Southwest Circuit. UNLV dominates Pepperdine in most impressive game of the Kruger era. It was a complete effort from start to finish. The Rebels started the game applying smothering defense holding Pepperdine to five points for the first 10 minutes.
