The GTE Holiday Classic kicked off Nov 23rd – 24th at Tarkanian Basketball Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada. November 14th Las Vegas, Nevada The Rebels won, let’s start there. They were able to stave off a game Omaha team that just wouldn’t go away. However, it was the University of Nebraska Omaha, a team that came in ranked 256 according to Kenpom. At no point in the game did it ever feel comfortable. (more…)
